If the items that are ordered by the customer are instock they are expected to ship by the end of the following business day. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are back instock.
Order cancellations are allowed until the shipping arrangements have been processed.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event of a return, please call to be issued a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in the same condition that it was received. After we receive the items, our team will inspect the product and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any was, or if the purchase date is over 30 days from the purchase date then you may not be eligible for a refund.
Need to make an exchange? Go ahead and place a new order for the merchandise that you would like. Then call to recieve a return number for the items you are sending back. The items that you return will be processed as a refund on the original method of payment.
This will ensure that your new items don't go out of stock and that you get your new parts faster!

Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
